At Khaleeq Law Firm we believe that an informed client is the best client. Therefore we educate our clients in different ways to promote a clear and concise understanding of all our constitutional rights. Our inspiration came from clients who were misled and mistreated by the “system” into waiving their God given constitutional rights and who suffered severe consequences.

Many times it was too late to help the clients effectively, because they were unaware of the protection our great constitution provides them regardless of their immigration status. Mr. Khaleeq is the lead attorney of Khaleeq Law Firm, PLLC where the attorneys and staff have a combined experience of more than 50 years of positioning the firm to handle any legal matter.

Mr. Khaleeq received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin, Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Rice University in Houston, Texas and a Juris Doctorate degree from Creighton University, in Omaha, Nebraska. Mr. Khaleeq is licensed to practice in Nebraska and in Texas by The State bar of Texas.

Mr. Khaleeq has been honored with numerous community service awards including the FBI Director’s Community Leadership Award for Iowa and Nebraska (2009), the Omaha Chamber of Commerce for the Leadership Omaha Class (2009-2010) and the Nebraska Bar Association for Leadership (2010). Also, he is actively involved in several non-profit, civic, religious organisations as President and Board Member.

Mr. Khaleeq has been a professional for over 20 years. As an engineer, as a manager, as an entrepreneur and as an attorney, he brings a unique blend of many disciplines to his law practice.
