About
Mr. Ravji was born and raised in Pakistan. Before immigrating to the United States, he received his medical degree from Aga Khan University and Hospital. In the United States, While in law school, Mr. Ravji completed an internship with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas under Honorable William Greedyke, and was a finalist in the University of Houston School of Law moot court trial competition. Upon receiving his law degree, Mr. Ravji moved to Dallas and worked for several nationally and internationally renowned law firms, including Bickel & Brewer, where he gained extensive experience in complex commercial litigation and trial work.

Mr. Ravji then founded The Ravji Law Firm and represented clients in high-stakes litigation and complex corporate bankruptcy, prior to rejoining Bickel & Brewer in 2009.Mr. Ravji is the chairman of the International Committee and Member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Dallas Asian American Chamber of Commerce.

He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Litigation Section of the State Bar of Texas, Bankruptcy Section of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association (TTLA), American Trial Lawyer’s Association and the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association (AILA). Mr. Ravji is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Texas; the Appellate Courts for the State of Texas; Federal District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas; and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
