Fitness and Dancing have always been my passion. This inspired me to come up with Bolly Beats Fitness. It is moderate to high intensity workout on Bollywood music. Each class is an hour duration and is a combination of cardio with strength training, focusing on the major muscle groups.
Music is an integral part of Bolly Beats Fitness class. Songs, both new and old, are frequently added to keep the routine fresh and peppy.
The goal of each class is to “move, move and move with fun.” It does not matter if you are an experienced dancer or have never shaken a leg, it’s all about enjoying while burning calories.
