Bright Beginnings Preschool and Mother’s Day Out began in 1992 as a 2 day a week program as a ministry of Disciples Christian Church. In 1998 we expanded the program to three days a week and became licensed by the State of Texas Department of Family and Protective Service. In 1999 we further expanded the program to five days a week. Linda Gulick has been the Director since 1998. The program’s hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 pm. Early drop-off at 8:30 a.m. is available at an extra cost. We closely follow the Plano Independent School District’s calendar including major holidays and breaks throughout the year. We serve approximately 75 families each year with low teacher to student ratios in each class. We have an open door policy that encourages all parents to stop in at any time and discreetly observe their children. Plano, TX
