Our mission at Gaia Flow Yoga is to create a sacred space where students can unwind, relax, energize, heal, strengthen their body, mind and spirit, and live a fuller more joyous life. Gaia Flow Yoga is a direct, enlightened and harmonious experience of the vast interrelatedness and unity of all life and of all things. It is a journey towards Self-realization through the practice of ajoininga or ayokinga together the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of Self. Through the practice of Gaia Flow Yoga there is a natural realignment of the body, mind, emotions and spirit that leads to an experience of more peace, power and flow both on and off the yoga mat. This natural realignment of the body leads to a natural realignment of the perception of life and of who we are in the context of our existence, and of all existence.
