Rahul has been practicing immigration law in the United States since 1995. He previously practiced in India before going through the immigration process himself. Rahul’s personal experience with the immigration system provides a perspective valuable to his clients.

Rahul’s practice concentration is in employment-based immigration, in which he represents corporate clients in industries ranging from Information Technology to Oil and Gas to Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals. Rahul is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He has also been a guest lecturer at the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston and a speaker at both State and National Conferences of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
